Hotel Visava on mumbai goa highway near Pen run by Mr.Patil is illegally operating at night and charging exorbitant prices in the name of service charges. Even though the MRP for a bottle of water soft drinks is clearly mentioned,they charge extra 8-10 rupees. They are looting the people who stop by for refreshments.
