IRCTC Comesum — Charging extra money from customers than the rates prescribed / informed

I called on[protected], the customer care number of IRCTC- Comesum to order food, on 21-Mar-2013 in the evening hrs.

After the giving the order of 2-Aaloo Paratha & 1-Paneer Paratha, i clearly asked the executive what is my total bill amount he mentioned "Rs.206 Sir".
The rate informed was Rs.67 per Aaloo Paratha & Rs.73 per Paneer Paratha,

But when the food was served to my seat no B1-39 & 35 of Train No. 17482 (Tirupati Bilaspur Exp), the total bill amount raised to Rs.219, and the Comesum-Vijayawada demanded that, I have to pay that amount to get the food,it is their rate.

When I confirmed food after opening it, Comesum-Vijayawada - caterers provided me 3 Aaloo paratha and charged me Rs.73 per Aaloo paratha.

I would like you to take necessary action on the Comesum-Vijayawada- Caterers for charging their own rate & higher rate than IRCTC original rates.

As a part of supporting document, I paid the bill & collected the original bill of Rs.219. from the Comesum-Vijayawada- Catering.

Kindly take necessary action for the malpractices.
