Jagdish Confectionery — "These People Are Selling POISON In The Name Of Confectionary Products"

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Sanjay Sharma & I would like to share my complaint against Very Poor quality confectionary products in fact it’s the poison, selling in the open market of Nagpur and simultaneously exporting that products in the other regions of India.
About 3 days ago I purchased 50 Kg of Chirounji for the religious function from Jagdish Confectionary Located at Itwari, Nagpur (Complete Factory Address : Jagdish Confectionary Works, House No. 827, Near Railway Bridge, Maskasath, Itwari, Nagpur-440002, Owner: Ramji Gupta, Dilip Gupta, Contact No’s. On 11th of July , I Purchased 50 Kg’s of Chiraonji from Jagdish Confectionary, as the 50 Packets of Chirounji were inside the white plastic bag, I was unable to see what’s inside in it. But when I opened that white bag at home, I was completely stunned, THE BAG WAS FULL OF POISONOUS ALIVE INSECTECTS. Then immediately I went back to Jagdish Confectionary to return that Poison back, but he refused to take it back , So as a result I went to their factory located at the above mentioned address in the colony there I found out that THEY DON’T HAVE ANY LISCENCE TO RUN THAT FACTORY AND THEY ARE RUNNING MULTIPLE BUSINESS LIKE CHEAP QUALITY NOODLES AND OTHER PRODUCTS AND ALSO THE PLACE WHERE THEY PRODUCE THOSE PRODUCTS WAS FULL OF GARBAGE AND INSECTS AND THEY ARE USING DRAIN WATER TO BOIL THE SUGAR TO MAKE THE CONFECTIONARY PRODUCTS also I FOUND A ROOM IN THEIR FACTORY LOADED WITH COUNTLESS CHEAP QUALITY OF SUGAR BAGS YELLOW COLORED SUGAR TO PRODUCE THOSE PRODUCTS , AND A ROOM FULL OF (APPROXIMATELY 15-20 IN NUMBERS) HOME USE LPG CYLINDERS WHICH IS STRICTLY ILLIGAL TO USE FOR FACTORY PURPOSE and also THEY NEVER PROVIDE ANY ORIGINAL BILL TO THE CUSTOMER TO SAVE TAX AND TO ENJOY EXTRA PROFITS, THEY SIMPLY WRITE THE TOTAL AMOUNT IN THE ROUGH SHEET OF PAPER. In the 1st floor of the factory same scene was there with making noodles, they are using same drain water to produce that noodles and selling under brand name Yummy Noodles.
I also asked Food Inspection Of India to look into the matter but no response from their side. I was told by the People residing near to factory that if someone comes to check their factory they simply bribe the officer to keep their business running.
Please sir, this is my humble request to you please look into the situation and visit their factory at least once for quality check its truly serious as these people are playing with the health of other people in name of those confectionary products without any legal permit. My 4 year old son mistakenly ate a little quantity of that product and he is still suffering from diarrhea and I don’t want others to suffer like me.
