[Resolved]  Jodhpur Sweet & Farsan Mart — Quality of Food, Water & Sweets

The following concerns needs to be reported to Food & Health department. 1. Quality of Mawa used for making sweets. It is stale and lacks proper hygiene 2. Water used is stored in an underground tank which is not cleaned for a very long time 3. Nearly 6-8 LPG gas cylinders are deployed which poses threat to human safety. 4. Food is cooked in an open unhygienic environment posing threat to health of the consumers 5. Raw food material are transported in a non food grade van and often prone to bacterial infections 6. The workers handling food items do not use disposable gloves or maintain the right hygiene standards 7. Sewage lines outside their establishment are covered and the area is encroached 8. Area where food is served is not cleaned at regular intervals The above issues are concerning and pose threat to human safety and health Request you to please escalate to the right authority and take necessary action.
