This is the second time that I had placed an order and the special instructions for the Order was totally ignored. These people have a website for placing orders. I had placed an order and had specifically asked for them them to bring change of certain amount as I didn't have change that time. These people NEVER BOTHER TO INFORM THE RESTAURANTS about these kind of special instructions. Last time I had asked that please make surer not to put onions in the fried rice but they had added it and I so damn angry that I told them to replace it. that replacement also took a lot of time as well as my Mobile balance. That time also i had mentioned that make sure to send the instructions to the restaurants else what is the point in having the special instructions option. Its not only for me but for the other customers also, they are just trying to snatch the money without being bothered if they are supplying the correct things asked.
Today I had to send the person who delivered the order back to get the change thats totally unnecessary. Was this information helpful? | 
Just Eat — Refund
I had placed an order on 15th November which got canceled by the vendor. I had paid full amount online. I haven't not received refund yet. I have written mails to support team. I had called them multiple times. Order id: 2507944
