This is a complaint on melam pineapple jam manufactured by M.V.J.Foods(india)pvt.ltd on june 2013..we had bought a pineapple jam from muvattupuzha shop at 5.30pm on 17 august 2013..when we opened the jam, noticed that it was fully attacked by fungus and cannot be taken for food..Their FSSAI license number is [protected].we tried to contact them,but not yet recieved any response.The company ensure that the product can be used best before 12months from the date of manufacture.But we cant eat the jam just after the 1 month.So that please consider our complaint and take necessary legal action on behalf of our complaint against the company and please try to ensure our rights.
