As promised on their website Mangowale.Com, i had ordered 2 boxes online to be sent to a friend in USA. Mangoes were delivered on 1st May 2013. Quality of the mangoes is in questions. I am not sure that mangoes that were delivered were Alphonso and 6-7 Mangoes were in rotten condition.
When spoke to company, they spoke with me for 1/2 hour explaining to me how they send the quality mangoes and why they charge exuberant money for the quality product and how it get processes in US before delivering etc... And finally they informed they neither take the ownership of the mangoes delivered but directed me to refer to terms & condition on the their website.
They also advised me to buy another verity of Mangoes ( Kesar ), which i thought it was a joke.
People who are buying from this website please beware on this company. Don’t get fooled by promises they make on their website. Please don’t be a fool like me Was this information helpful? |
