Namdhari — Charging above MRP

Hi,

I purchased a box of Nestle BarOne choclate, the box clearly states box contains 27 bars + 3 free bars worth 15. But the person in-charge at Namdhari charged me 150 (Rs5 * 30 bars). His argument is that we do not sell as per box we sell individual unit. Now I would like to understand that is his point valid, can I really go to consumer court and get him punished, this looks more like a loophole to me.
