Nandini Milk Packet-Bangalore — Nandini milk packet is being sold at 1 Rs extra on MRP in the name of cooling charges!!

This is Mohit from Bangalore working in an IT company.

This complaint is about Nandini(500ml) milk packet,which is sold at price that is more than MRP written on wrapper.
Recently price is being hiked to 27 Rs Litre by government but 500 ML packet is being sold openly and widely with no hesitation by most of the small retailers at 15 Rs(which is supposed to be sold @ 13.5/14).

When asked the reason for this unfairness,got the vague answer saying 1 Rs extra is for cooling charges.
This is simply ridiculous,cooling is done by them for there own interest,they can not take extra charge for this reason.
Tomorrow they will include there shop rent as well to this value,will we be giving that as well?

I haven't seen such a idiotic thing in any other state but in Karnataka,especially in Bangalore.

This is a humble request to take action against such retailers.This is impacting budget of small,medium class peoples.
And of course this is NOT just a matter of 1 Rs but honesty and fairness.

Please let me know what actions can be taken against such peoples and if in case government is not able to help us then whom should be approach.
