We had received a oil dabba from raj oil trading company. Address : Vanmali Chawl, 240 Nehru Road, Vile Parle East, Mumbai - 400057. The product was Guinea Pure Groundnut Oil 15 litres dabba. When the product was delivered on 23 Feb 2013, it already having the leak. Complain was loaded on the same day. It was told to us that it will be delivered next day but till date it is not delivered. Every day we have to call thrice and still no reply and no delivery. The product is having a leak on top of the dabba. Was this information helpful? |
