Details of purchasing – On 19.4.13 Friday evening around 7:30 pm, I purchased 250 gms of Dry fruit chikki & paid Rs. 150 – at Ratansi Korji & co. counter
About the product – chikki which look dizzy, tastes some what minty flavor, glucose sticks some dry fruits somewhere not sicken, pista are small than usual (which I was seen 1st time), more important – about 5 mm stone / gravel was found in 2 pieces of chikki while it was consumed by my Father & Son. These stone get stuck in their teeth while chewing…. So embarrassing
Background – From last 10 years we (my father, I or my brother) are regularly purchasing dry fruit chikki, seedless dates, potato chivada & occasionally other dry fruits also from this store. The whole family enjoys their product & admires product quality. Our guests / relatives also enjoy these products very much. But at this time dry fruit chikki completely disappoints us by receiving such chikki with stones. Was this information helpful? |
