Sir cold drinks labellled 'sprite' is being sold at Rs 45.00 where the retail price is printed Rs 33.00 in many shops of Balangir , Odisha .
and again when the consumer is bargaining then the retailer is saying that 'I don't want to sell it to you' .
Please intervene .
