This complaint is about the misbehavior of Safal outlet (121) at Gopi Nath Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi. The owner and the three boys at the outlet are very rude and arrogant.
They misbehave with female customers by shouting at them and are least bothered about what they speak. They use abusive language.
They are always busy watching TV or standing outside and talking to other people. they gernerally keep one counter closed saying that there are npot enough customers in the shop even when there are 6-7 people standing in the line.
