Sahib Sindh Sultan — Service Charge & Service tax

We visited Sahib Sindh Sultan, and they charged us Service Charge and Service Tax.
Service Tax should have been 4.94% of food bill, but it was 4.94% of food bill plus the service charge.
Top of that, manager was rude enough to say that go wherever you want to go for this matter, we charge like this only.
