Had 2 Oven Magick franchise at Bharuch City from Surya Bakery & Confectionery Pvt Ltd. Started the business in the month of June'12 and had to close down the store in the month of Oct'12, cause Mr. Dharmendra Shah the owner of Surya Bakery stopped the supply of Bakery products at Bharuch.
Had many issues regarding delivery of Bakery products on time as promised during the franchise agreement but none were been done, many complains regarding the products from local costumers were been informed but no action was taken from here end and suddenly on 10 Oct'12 supply of Bakery products were been stopped from Surya Bakery and when asked no reply was given by the owner.
As both the store were on rent had to vacate the place and till date we have not receive our deposit money or franchise fee back. Even the waste and short supply money for the franchise has not been paid to us.
