[Resolved]  TATA I-Shakti Masoor Dal — Defective Dal

I have purchased 10 Kgs of TATA I-Shakti Masoor Dal alongwith other Dals in Apr'13. But Masoor Dal do not get boiled at all after prolonged cooking and taste is also odd. The same has been shown to the Rep of the Quality Deptt from TATA Chemicals Limited in Kolkata. Then have come up with replacement but that also have same problem. Later they confirmed that Rallies India has procured deffective Dal and that only they are selling in the market. They were reluctant to take complaints and tries to cover up the matter so that this doesn't spread publicly. Even their office have verbally accepted but reluctant to compensate. Their behaviour is also rude. There is no process of complaint redressal. They have hired famous Chef Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor as their brand ambasador but I doudt if he also knows what these guyes are upto. You may send numerous mails to their customer feedback junk ID but you will never get any reply. People are there to hush up the matter.

Horrible how TATA brand can be like this !!!!!!!!!!
