Me and my family are very found of your product the Sp.Maska Khari,
I am writing to you today as i have some complaints about your product.
We buy your product from Regal Stores at Vasant pride, 90 feet road, Thakur complex, kandivili east.Mumbai-400101
The quality is not consistent, some batches have burnt or overcooked.
The last pack we brought batch no 3, manufactured on August 2013, which says best before 11-11-13 was not crisp and fresh in fact damp and soft.
Please put more emphasis into quality and please do not send substandard quality into the market.
you have lost onecustomer, hope you don`t lose more as you have a good product but quality has to consistent and the product should be frsh and crisp.
