Sub - intimation for non delivery of one no force gorkha, glx vehicle.
Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that we had financed a force gorkha, glx cost rs.9, 60, 000/- (Rupees nine lakh sixty thousand), loan amount rs.7, 00, 000/- (Rupees seven lakh) from icici bank ltd dated october 2016.in the name of mr. Subhas chandra.
The dealer was shaarda automotives pvt ltd. Hatia, ranchi. They insisted for full payment to be transferred before delivery of the vehicle. Accordingly we had deposited the margin money rs.2, 60, 000/- (Rupees two lakh sixty thousand) and balance loan amount was disbursed by you to the dealer on submission of vehicle invoice bearing engine no d57001129 chassis no mc1d4eeaxfp000538. Invoice no sf/036/2016-17.
Now the financier was deduct the emi from my account.in this stage i am giving 09 installment (Rs.22, 690 per month).
So i am request to take up the matter with force india for delivery of the vehicle.
