I'm from Bangalore, I own Ford Ecosport. I am one of proud owners of Ford. Recently I had travelled to Mangalore. My music system bezel was damaged and I wanted to replace it. So I decided to go to service center in Mangalore. After going there I was totally disrespected and treated me very badly.

Today I been to this showroom. It was such a pathetic experience. I had been for part replacement for my Ecosport. I was attended by 'Sachin" the service executive. I explained him my concern. He asked me to wait outside without telling anything. I just went to lobby and waited. After 15 - 20 mins I again went back to check with him. He yelled at me saying to stay out. I just moved back to lobby again waited for 20 mins. Finally after being upset with his behaviour I decided to check with different executive then new executive said if "Sachin" had attended earlier I will check with him. The new executive called sachin, he was standing outside with group of other executives. Sachin shouted from outside "what is your problem ?" The new executive said "Sir is waiting for you". Sachin with his angry face he shouted back. "I am busy now speaking with friends I cannot attend". I lost my patience and waited for 10 mins more and once he came back I said him, You take my number and call me once you check the part. He took my number and I just left the showroom. My question is to Ford - Is this kind of behaviour what customers should get after buying 12-15 lakh Ford cars ? Or 15Lakh is such a small amount that customers should be disrespected and treated like this ?
I request Ford India to take enquiry against him and take action. I am not sure this kind of approach is to all customers ! I am Really sad and disappointed going to Ford showroom.
