I bought Ford-Ecosport TitaniumS 2021 model at Feb 18, 2021 from Chennai Ford - Arumbakkam(VIN:MAJAXXMRKAMJ85995)
Initially the pickup and mileage of my vehicle was good, but after doing the catalytic converter recall (Feb 2022), the vehicle has shown poor mileage and pickup.
I also got my second service after the recall in April 2022, but I was informed that everything is looking good
We had a trip to Yercaud in early May 2022. But the vehicle got stopped in the foothills and could not climb the hill. We had to travel in my friend's vehicle. I had to park the car in the foothills and made the complaint on that day to Chennai Ford Service center (Mr. Kumar).
Today I visited Chennai Ford to check and resolve the issue. But I was informed that my clutch pad is damaged and needs a replacement.
This is my third car and my earlier cars never had this kind of issue.
I need a reason why the clutch pad has got damaged in this short timeline and I never expected this behavior in Ford. I am expecting the replacement of the clutch pad to be covered under warranty because of other technical issues. .
