I am raising this concern to your awareness regarding the extremely bad service provided by Ford Dealer (PAHWA FORD).
I availed a service from them Pre-Covid, which requires a part of my vehicle to be replaced. To my surprise, recently I got my vehicle checked where the replaced was faulty. Shocked to know this as PAWHA FORD has raised no fault in the part when they provided the service.
Due to extended lockdown from 2020 till now. I wasn't aware of the pathetic service provided. Wasn't it for self-check, I would not have traced the fraudulent service. I have reached out to PAHWA FORD, but they have denied any kind of service and support which is quite expected considering the low-level services provided by them. Please note the staff was rude, unempathetic which is the opposite of how they behave at the time of service. I am sure they will not help me out, therefore I am reaching out to you directly.
Requesting you to please approve the replacement under my insurance coverage. I would request a call from customer cell and appropriate support here.
I may be exaggerating but this incident could have cost me a lot more, apart from vehicle damage to personal belongings.
I am ready to provide all the details as required by the process (Documents), I would not hesitate to challenge Ford Customer Service and PAHWA FORD in the consumer court if required.
