I am writing this mail 5 th time for this kind of service issue from Arumbakkam Ford service center
Yesterday I have given my Ford figo vehicle for my 50000 km service due which was taken care by Mr Edwin ( Service Manager )mob :[protected].
At that time my vehicle horn was in good condition with double horn .
He has mentioned me that some parts were obsolete and advised me to change several times with intention of raising the bill amount .
After receiving service amount of 13000 the horn was checked by myself and it was sounding only single sound not the double sound .
When I contacted him he has send me one technical person Mr Aadhi ( mob :[protected] where he was coming and just opening the parts of horn and told me very sarcastic way that he has sorted out the issue but the problem is not solved .
When I contacted Edwin he asked me to speak to his senior manager called Mahesh where he told me the issue is recorded and it will be sorted in few days .
I wanted to ask question how the vehicle horn will change after the service . This horn sound is same as when the car is bought initially manufactured year 2016.
So I would say that your service manager mr Edwin has done all the QC and inspection of the vehicle where this issue is just missed out .
I don’t know how ? But he was interested only in just raising the bill amount from the customer and looting money .
Every time whenever I take my vehicle and do a service in Arumbakkam show room some issue was raised somehow by your technical person ( please see my history of records with vehicle no : TN72BE9468) particularly in Arumbakkam. I have never faced any issue in other centers but particularly In this center .
This kind of activities shows inefficient workers of technical persons by just replacing all the parts of the vehicle doesn’t know what is the real problem .Mr Edwin and Mr aadhi who are really worthless in doing technical service .I would recommend the service center to Ministry of India to shut down and replace other centers to operate effeciently . So people are not satisfied with the customer service of Ford where the sales are dropping and customers are moving to different brands from these in effective people working in Ford Arumbakkam. Their intention is to just raise the customer bill with useless information given to customers and looting the money from customer hand .
My kind request is to solve the issue as immediate as possible by replacing old horn which was same as before giving the vehicle to service .
I want immediate response that why the issue is happening again and again in Arumbakkam center .
Is this particularly intentional by technical team or the management also involved in just looting the money from customer .
Please provide me prompt response in suggesting alternate service center .
In future I should never receive any calls regarding service dues from Arumbakkam front desk operators which is worthless in giving my car for service due .
