Ford India — quality of products used by ford - repeated technical issues - ecosport 1.5 titanium petrol (2018 model)

Dear FORD Customer Service Team, Can you guys get hold of your Technical Team in FORD that looks after the service and manufacture of FORD cars in India. I have few queries and would like them to think about it and answer them too.Before raising my queries, please do not simply forward this message to the service centre, since their duty is to replace any defective parts by the one supplied by FORD !!.1. Does FORD ensure that the products used in the manufacture of SUV in India ( Ecosport) meets Industry standards & international standards . 2. Do they source the parts from ISO certified manufacturers?3. What is the lifespan of a "Clutch plate" of an Ecosport 1.5 ltr Petrol version. I have had to change once every 40000+kms . Now my Ecosport has logged 83000+ kms and my clutch plate seems to have worn out and has gone to the service centre for a replacement . FORD has conveniently not covered this item under warranty saying its wear and tear part . After having driven a Maruti Suzuki made car (Wagon R, where replacement for clutch plate was @93000kms) and discussions with my friends using other brands their opinion is the clutch part even in harsh traffic conditions lasts for @ 100000 ( lakh kilometers at least).4. Is FORD manufacturing cars only to last 3-4 years (70000 kms) without any major flaws. That's what, is being observed in my Ecosport. 5. Even your batteries are tailor made to ensure the buyer cannot buy a good quality battery from the market directly.
FORD technical team in the manufacturing hub in India should make serious and honest efforts to deliver the best cars, if they need repeat buyers after 10 years or compete with other brands .FORD is only fortunate, since they have some of the most competent service centres for repair & service, Suryabala Ford (Coimbatore) and Cauvery FORD ( Udupi) who are dedicated & highly experienced, but unfortunately it is FORD that supplies them with much needed spare parts.Do give a serious thought of a user who has spent his hard earned money hoping to get the best quality from a well known brand in the world.
