[Resolved]  Form Filling — fake company

I got a job offer from a fake form filling website called from filling. They did not have their company website and they asked me to enter forms in http://onlinetask.in/Customer/Default.aspx.They were using gmail ids for all communications, the agreement was that if i fail to submit the work, i will have to pay rs.5200 as the company maintenance fees. The work given to me seemed pretty simple and it was offering a handsome amount of ₹. 20000 in 10 days. I am sure that the company is fake because i am mail that provides me detail of your company still not responding me.. I will send you the contact details and you can assess it yourself. Am i liable for any legal action?

First of all, I would like to thanks to Consumer complaints service to resolve my Issue. The steps have taken to resolve the problems, I had posted my incident into consumer complaint site>then, this site representative calls me and asking full information >they takes the necessary action against them. The issue has resolved.

I have already submit my document and registered with onlinetask.in, I also have registered agreement with company.
How can i break agreement with company.

Mera bhi same condition Hai mere ko Jo I'd and password mila tha wo open hi nhi hua tha phir Maine chhor diya Aur Aaj phir 12 din ke bad message Aaya Jisme kuchh case ke bare me bola ja raha hai. Call bhi Aa rha hai but Mai ignore kar rha hoon.

They will not do anything like that because they are fraud and don't have any legal entity. Please be cool and stay away from such people.

I've been told many time that these people are fraud.So you don't have to pay any sum and don't talk to them and block them.

as per court order you have to come indian council of Arbitation delhi within 7 days with your advocate now you will be responsible for your own situation,

Sir yesterday I just registered in pro sol company but I told them m not ready for working still they send me the username and password and now some verification department call me continue and when u told them to cancel my work they ask me for 8500 bucks sir tell me now what to do please help me out

I have also registered in UC company and they told me the same thing deacribed above.I got the work yesterday.I got a call from ganesh singh and joined the work.Also my friend is searching for work and I referred her to this job and she also joined yesterday.Now what can I do?Please help me I am a student and needed a part time job so I joined the work.I am really scared now.please help me..Give me some solution to break the agreement.

I know that this companies are fake.So don't give them money.I have received an email and message from the advocate Mr.Sanjay Baviskar.phone no.7265862705.But I am not going to pay or call them as they are fake.
