I went to take an ultrasound report which normally takes 2hours after 2 days and the staff responds saying k "Roz Roz kyn AA jaate ho ". For heaven sake somebody tell them that we are paying for the report and they are getting paid for making reports.
The reception people in the radiology Dept are all busy in their office politics in front of the patients and are very rude.moreover I had to wait for 1 hour just to get a ultrasound report when there was no queue for the same. The only good thing was doctor Geetika the radiologist .

I addimited in Fortis hospital Gurgaon from yesterday morning to till now 24 hours completed under TPA. But still not cleared by tpa team & doctor summary also not good. As per discuss with doctor before admit he is saying I admitted in TPA. But he is show in investigation purpose. So, now Insurance company not pass claimed. Please discuss with Fortis team Gurgaon & need discharge. Otherwise I am not paying extra charges.
