[Resolved] Fortis Hospital Faridabad — irresponsible behavior of tpa department

I was admitted in hospital on 30th nov 2019.. I have submitted all the documents required for tpa or insurance process.. The insurance company had sent a mail to tpa department for further billing process. But the tpa department ignorned the mail which cause delay in my discharge process. When we are telling them to do it asap they are giving excuses from last 3 hours that net is not working.
