[Resolved]  Fortis Kalyan — cockroach in dinner thali

My father was admitted today[protected] in fortis kalyan for prostate surgery and is in icu. I ordered dinner thali as i was thinking that fortis food would be hygienic but it was other round. I found cockroach in thali, i informed the same and returned it. I was given dinner money back but this is not the solution and i want fortis management to take strict action as i think that health of all patient's and people having food here is in danger.
