They have several packages relating to which segment we trade. The track record of their performance is updated on the website. Since I’m a beginner in commodity trading, i decided to subscribe to the ‘Bullion Jumbo’ Package. I made the payment of Rs.7, 840/- for 60 trading days on 22/01/2015. So the service had a validity from 23/01/2015 a till 17/01/2015. The accuracy percentage that they claim on this package is 96% and has a ‘Money Back Guarantee’ if the customer is not satisfied after one month of service. After one month of service provided by them, I’m in net loss of Rs. 52, 000/- and i decided to stop the service and claim refund of Rs.7840/- to avoid further loss. I had to send a email request in order to get the money refunded, and the first reply was that it is not possible to refund as I have used one month service. Then i had to send the screen shot mentioned on the website to remind their money back policy(http://www.fortuneanalysis.com/refund-policy-ids-41.html) Second reply was that I’ll get only 20% refund as 80% is TAX. I was surprised by the percentage of tax mentioned and I asked them the breakup. The break up of 80% tax is as follows: Payment Gateway 2.81% Service Tax 12.36% Income Tax 30% SMS Costing 20% Support Team 10% Other Taxes 4.83% Total 80% I have no other option than to request justice to be served by the Consumer Court of India against these frauds.
