Fortune carrers( garha road, jalandhar) are very big fraud people . Every single person in a cabin is fraud. They don't let you to talk with some other student over there. They ask 40, 000₹ before apply and then you have to pay sevis fee n immigration fee too separately for USA study visa. Moreover they say to give them 10 lack after visa. They also locked your documents.
