I mailed multiple times service team at Fossil for battery related issues.
Had identified to them that the battery is getting discharged within 6-8hrs of full charge. It was suggested by online team to handover the watch to store service which I did in Orion Mall, Bangalore.
I received a notification that I am issued a credit note. I went to the store to get the credit note and to my surprise I was offered 20% I.e., 4, 600/- owing to unexplained issues. There is no clarity on why they issued a credit note. I also pointed out that I purchased in 2020 which happened to be peak COVID hence extension of warranty should be applicable and I should rather receive full refund if spares are not available. All I get is an email from service team that this is best value of credit possible which i assume is owing to lack of serviceable spares. I like to get my full refund credit note on this account which I believe to be is workmanship issues or issue with the product. Was this information helpful? |
