Foxy — Scamming with buy two get two offer

I have ordered pilgrim redensyl & Anagain advance hair growth serum in buy two get two offers.I have paid for the two serums so I'm supposed to receive 4 serums in total ...but they sent me only two serums and now foxy is not responding neither in call nor in text ... I'm going to give them poor ratings...such a scammer
