I made an online payment towards the seller Hostinger PTE with India GST No.: 9919SGP29004OSJ on 23rd July 2022, of Rupees 14103.36 (Invoice ID HIN[protected] through the One Card Mobile Application (By Bank of Baroda Financial) Transaction ID: [protected].
The merchant has provided proof of a failed transaction, however, One Card has wrongly debited the amount from my credit balance as of 23rd July 2022.
Initially, One Card showed the transaction status pending for 2 days and then changed the status to authorised. The merchant has provided clear documented proof of a failed transaction but the One Card App is not registering my complaint - there is no way to raise a ticket.
The merchant has not received any payment and the transaction here itself is null and void but there is no way to demand refund from One Card.
I am suffering a monetary loss as well as mental harassment as the credit provider One Card has refused to allow me to file a dispute with them. There is no way to claim my refund. Was this information helpful? |
