Fragomen | Kochi — No work ethics.

Fragomen is an US based law firm. I have no issues with the US company but i do have an issue with the Fragomen|Kochi branch. It is supposed to be a law firm for immigrational purposes but it does not have that atmosphere when you step inside that office. All you see is the employees walking in and out and taking random breaks. It is a disturbance to people who come for the first time. You see employees talking on their phones walking through the reception area and laughing and joking around with their fellow employees. There is absolutely no work ethics and the company is being handled in the most unprofessional way as possible. Another thing you can observe is that you get the feeling you are watching a fashion show as people are walking here and there. The dresses the employees wear shows no sign of professionalism. Is this the sign of freedom of clothes?! Well, its obiviously very evident that the employees can wear whatever they want and can look as though they are taking a stroll in the park or going to the mall with friends. I cannot believe that a branch representing fragomen is destroying the image of the entire company so terribly. I[censored] doubt me, all you have to do is walk into fragomen, kochi at Lulu cyber tower 5th floor. I cannot believe that companies are turning out like this.
