This is Ramy Dias, Batch Code-G-1, Reference No-GMG/CHTC/10-11/1, Year of completing the course is[protected], this mail in regards of my Certificates as I didn't receive yet,

As I completed my course in the year[protected] and also completed all my exams, I have been asking my certificates from year 2013 till now, I went to Margao institute several times in regards of my certificates and they said it's in process ull receive your certificates soon the Frankfinn institute in Margao Goa just handover me the bonified certificates as I completed the course,

I have all the payment receipt and also the bonified letter which the institute had gave me,

It's my dream to join the Aviation but after completing the course I don't even have the certificates to apply for job,

Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training Customer Care's response Dear Ramy Dias,

We have thoroughly reviewed your case and would like to clarify the situation once again. As discussed in our previous communications, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a diploma or certificate for your course due to the incomplete status of your training. Specifically, the Air Travel - Reservation & Ticketing module remains pending, which is a mandatory component of the training program. Certification can only be granted upon the successful completion of all required modules.
We have communicated this information to you on multiple occasions, both over the phone and via email. It is important to meet all necessary criteria before any certification can be issued.
We have noticed that your recent public statements regarding this matter do not accurately reflect the situation and may be damaging to our organization's reputation. We kindly request that you consider removing or updating your post to accurately represent the current status of your grievance as resolved.
Please be advised that if the post is not updated to reflect the resolution of this matter, we may be compelled to take further action, including initiating appropriate legal proceedings for defamation.
