I have received cal from this number [protected] and her name is Swetha Varma, she said "I', m speaking from Axis back reg. credit card service", from Mumbai. I have disclosed my account details. Finally, I have got one message from her "[123456] is SECRET OTP for txn of INR 45450.00 on Axis Bank [XX1234] at NOBROKER T on[protected]:08:40. OTP valid for 5 mins. Please do not share this OTP" That is transaction message including with OTP and transaction amount. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jul 22, 2020 Updated by venkatesh Botla Then I have read that message which i got to my mobile. Then i have asked few questions reg transaction OTP. She has given answers like are you not trusted, my name is so and so, her employee id, and etc. Finally, I said to her "I wont share OTP and I will go directly to branch, i will resolve my issues", then she immediately cut the phone. So friends, Please don't share anything regarding your back/cards details before confirming their valid information. And whatever messages you have got to your bank registered mobile numbers carefully read and give an answer to them. Otherwise, we will loss all our money. Don't allow fraud call and be secure you and your details. Thank you Botla Venkatesh
