Fraud Transaction — Credit Card Transaction

I have raised disputed against all the transaction mentioned in the attached document. Below are series of events

1. On 18th Jan 24 there was 6 unauthorized transactions done, out of which 2 are rejected by bank & remaining 4 are successful.
2. Immediately reported disputed through web app however can’t see the service request or ticket generated. This I have done more than 4 times.
3. Email sent to SBI email ID’s including nodal officer
4. Contacted SBI department from Europe but unable to get through to any international CC number neither the local credit card number
5. Finally, a normal desk person answered the call, without helping to follow the point 4 steps. I will not blame him but that the process set by bank rather than recommending the desk agent to think out of the box
6. My spouse contacted from India & explained your department, but they have disconnected the call. I am pleased to see the audacity of your department.
7. Multiple email exchange with your nodal officer team as they were keep on rejecting the request without reading the concern that none of the transaction done by neither I have received any OTP ( 6 times) nor I was in china where I have swipe the card.
8. Landed to India contacted the desk & they have reported that some will contact me regarding this but unable to give any resolution.
9. Again, contacted the desk & informed I have selected the wrong department & request to dial the number again choose option 6
10. The best part is the call landed to same person as mentioned in point 9 & now he was able to transfer the call as landed to correct option. I am surprised to see that employee unwilling to transfer the call when answered first time. I hope he is using only one voice solution to answer the call instead of multiple. If multiple, then please help me with the voice solution used by SBI department.
11. Weird part was that he was unable to transfer the call, which lead to increase my tolerance level
12. Trust me every time I have contacted your department, they are kept on asking me the query rather than looking into the system about the issue & number of times I have contacted your department.
13. None of your department help me to provide the solution. If you see only service request is open but rest of the request is closed with the standard response
14. My bill which is due to for 8th Feb is 166790 rupees & raising disputes for 16069.79 thus I accountable to pay bill 150720.21 rupees. Please sort out this issue with your internal department as I haven’t done any transaction . in case you still recommend me to pay the bill then I would like to see the message your department sent to for these transactions & why the remaining 2 transactions on the same date at similar time was rejected ( adding the email snapshot for your reference which will give you some clarification from side
15. Regularly I am doing follow up none of the SBI desk agent unable to help neither able to transfer the call to senior nor giving a call back.
16. Finally, I have received the address of Pune SBI credit card team ( Address 6th Floor Suyog Platinum Naylor Road (Adjacent to Conrad Hotel, Mangaldas Rd, Pune, Maharashtra). After explaining the issue again she is giving me the same information & asking to wait rather than taking the ownership & asking that I will have to pay the bill as transaction is done me. Gave another email address ([protected]@sbicard.com) to escalate but this information was also not helpful as I already escalated one day prior to this email address but getting delivery failure & no courtesy shown to check why it’s happening but keep on repeating to wait for some day
17. I have proposed some idea as SBI department fail to give any recommendations or was thinking out of the box, however there was simple answer no we can’t do it
a. I have requested bank to temp pay the amount & then come back whenever the investigation will get finish.
b. Proposed I shouldn’t be charged for this about after the due date.
18. After multiple requests to Deepti Kasturi, she finally arranged call with his Senior & Its WORST EXPERIENCE with Purushottam Kumar ( bank address mentioned). He disconnected the call with giving resolution & threaten me to pay the bill .
19. I am really surprised to see such arrogant staff in customer service or escalation desk.
20. I have requested for accountability & call back rather than I keep on chasing from last 10 days.
21. SBI Credit is playing smart as they know it will impact my credit score therefore least bother for assisting.
