Frauding In The Name Of Indian Army — mobile handset

My name is ahmed i live in hyderabad i was planning to buy used mobile and got frauded in the name of indian army i searched for mobile on olx and find an attractive deal on redmi note 6pro for 7999and contacted seller and negotiate and agreed to buy for (rs6200) he told his name is vikas patel and indian army personnel posted in hyderabad at shamshabad international airport he ask me my contact no then he called me and negotiated and i ask him for more pics he told he will WhatsApp me and gave his number his no is ([protected]) then he called me i ask him for location to meet and check condition before buying he said he cant meet coz of army regulation and said he will courier me the product and convinced me to pay for rs (1050) through PAYTM as some advance payment coz he is couriering me product and WhatsApp me his army id driving license and aadhar card as proof and i believed and sent my aadhar card for delivery address and proof and he said courier will b delivered with in 2-3 hours and ask me to pay remaing amount as cash on delivery.i agreed pay amount 1050 to paytm no ([protected])
then he told he will send me pics of courier as soon as it get ready i said ok then after some time he sent some pics of courier packing and army personnels and ask me to wait for delivery of product and after 2 hours i got call from other number he said he is calling from courier service and he said due to some technical issue my parcel is not showing red cross online i said i dont know but he said to contact headoffice i called vikas and ask to know the issue he said i need to pay half amount of product getting delivered so the issue will be resolved i believe and
Transfer amount throught paytm and ask to confirm and he said ok after some time delivery man call me and said ur issue didnt resolve i called vikas he said as it already late so i need to pay remaining amount of product ask me to pay soon so the parcel will b delivered soon and then i argue he politely convinced me to pay i paid through paytm and ask him to confirm and call me back after sometime he called me and said as its very late u have to pay 3550 as security charge they will repay 3500 back at time of delivery i argued and said no said to return my money suddenly i got call from delivery man during oncall with vikas he convinced me i paid and ask him to check as i sent all the payment detail by WhatsApp to vikas then i called back delivery man and he ask me to pay 3500plus 50 separately i argued and said to return my money and ask why should i pay he told me that its army courier rules they will return excess which i paid as securty deposit of rupess 7000
then i pay as said and again WhatsApp the screen shot payment detail to vikas after that i called vikas but he didnt recieved call and then i called delivery man to deliver suddenly vikas called me back and said we dont know whats is the problem in online service of courier update then ask me to pay 5150 then i got angry and said to cancel and return my money and cut the call and called to delivery man to deliver or cancel orelse i will log police complain against them he threatened me if icancel and dont take delivery he will log online complain against me and sent me to jail for rejecting army parcel he said i will get 2 months jail and 5000rs penalty. Then i realized its fraud said you people are frauding and looting people in the name of proudful indian army.i dont understand how people can fraud in the army's name i dont know what to do so plz i request you to help me in this..im from low middle-class its very hard earned money plz request you to help me in recovering amount i got frauded thats 13350rs which is a month salary..plz help me..
