I have recieved sms from citi bank on 30
1-jan-2021 confirm ECS debit on your Citi account no. XXXXXX on 30-JAN-21 for an amount of Rs. 7097, but I have never done any business/trancsation with this company & this is false ECS approval. Similar deduction was made from my account on last few years in Jan.
I have already made stop payment request to Citibank now. Kindly suggest what shall I do to get the money back. Was this information helpful? |
