[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Unsuccessful payment amount has not been reversed into credit card & instead added into their gift card wallet

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have tried to purchase medicines from 1mg website with payment mode of freecharge by using credit card for amount of rupees 1, 013.

Purchase from 1mg website using freecharge & amount added via credit card, then transaction was unsucessfull

Transaction has been unsuccessful, that 1013 amount deducted from credit card & has been not reversed to the original payment. Instead they have added it to their gift card wallet without my intention.

I have kept several mails but they are responding that they wont reverse the wallet amount. The customer care response was very bad.

Please take action on it.
