Threats my colleague to pay 5600 as she want the termination from the job which she joined just a day before. As she asked for the termination there fake lawyer named ( Awdesh Singh) mailed and text her that he will file a case against you in an hour and asked her 5600 to close the case before. She paid that amount on this respected Google Pay Number ([protected]) and just after that that lawyer called her to pay 25000 more to disclose this matter. That fake Advocate who were using this respect advocated enrollment number(RJ/4958/2011) which belongs to Adv. Sahil Tajput, also the phone number from which he was threatens is showing Sahil rajput's name on truecaller. After 2 3 days another fake lawyer started calling her and mailed her that we are going to proceed with your case and issuing a warrant against you. But the poing is that this time the mail camed from Adv. Sujit Joshi but the Calling number and his Enrollment Registration number is same as i mentioned above.
That means it is the Violation of " The Advocate Act, 1961" Profession Misconduct and these all guys shall be punished under IPC- 530, 430, and 338.
My colleague is admitted in the hospital because of the depression held by these threats and she is demanding her Amount which she paid of 5600 rupees and they have to pay compensation for her illness and her time which she spending in the illness because of them.
They are making fun of our laws and lawyers and yeah our Honorable Court also. Please take action againts them as soon as possinle. I am attaching some proofs with this complaint below.
