I have paid the amountof Rs3381.02
I haven't received the product
i reached out to the customer care via emails, what’s app business account, Instagram but haven't got any response, and after asking/messaging them several times about my product status they blocked me.
I want to file a complaint against the brand and their website www.frenesifashion.com and what’sapp business account no. [protected] for misleading consumer and scamming them their website is fake/scam/ fraudulent
I need my money back/ refund .
