Hi, we had a representative (Vijay ( [protected]) from Fresh Air Conditioner (Address: No.15, Samiyar Thottam Alandur Road, Saidapet, Chennai - 15) contacted via just dial for air conditioner repair.
The work done was sub standard and faulty. The AC stopped working. he had collected a sum of Rs.4000 towards repair chanrges but the AC is not working now. Tried to contact the person, but he is not attending the call and also blocking the number.
Met him in person too but no reponse.
We need a refund for the same.
Disgusted with the quality of service !!!
