This pet store deals in aquarium livestock. 2 weeks back I placed an order(#412395) on 7th October for an amount of ₹1019/- which was paid in advance. After that, there was no response, so I followed up on WhatsApp. A week back they commited to deliver, but on repeated reminders, no response yet, neither did they refund my amount, which I requested to be done.
