After getting a call from a senior person from the company Frontrow (https://frontrow.co.in/) to enroll for a piano course I paid them Rs. 3000 as advance (UPI transaction ID[protected] on 18th Dec 2021.
The course was to begin in first week of January 2022. However there was no email or phone communication from them for 2-3 weeks in January so I tried to call them but there numbers were not reachable.
I wrote email to their support email ID but not getting timely response. I received calls from them from different people and was not getting what was promised earlier by the senior executive. So looking at this I asked them to refund my money.
But till today (5th April 2022) they have not refunded by money. The last time I got a call from them was a week earlier where they asked me to share my bank details for refund and the person mentioned that he will be sending an email in 5 minutes after the call to get the details from me. But till today I have not received any email from them for the same. When I tried to call back on the number from which I had received this call it is not reachable.
Not sure why they are not refunding my amount.
