I have bought a Tineco product 4 months back from online Amazon. I have hardly used 2 to 3 times a product. From that time onwards I have been getting the challenges. I have called up customer service to get it repaired. They came twice home, but no progress. Finally they took the items to the Mumbai for service. It reached back after a month period in a broken condition. Even after that Tineco guys came home third time and by means of providing service but nothing was fixed. They have not fixed, not replaced and not attending the calls. the product is still under warranty period and no action done still now. Order number is[protected]. Need justification to get the replacement or refund.
