Frootle — Kuvings appliance dead on arrival

I feel cheated by Croma/Frootle, i was sold a defective kuvings juicer which was making a sound right from day one and i was adviced to send it back to the seller to fix it, they took the appliance and brought it after 15 days and even after the the issue was same as it was before.

now they are not willing to give me the new one i feel cheated they have sold me a refurbished appliance.

not sure whom to raise a complaint ahead, i have not got any support from croma as well as from kuvings so far
