I had purchased one OGeneral Split Room AC.Two years back I.e. in July 2020 it started problem of less cooling.So I contacted their Customer Care Centre.Servicing Team was sent from their Authorised Srvice Centre- M/s Sidra Aircon, Gurugram.But the Team deputed was not professionally trained and they caused many defects to the AC unit due to their negligence & inefficiency.The matter was reported to the Company.But they have not been able to resolve my problem and my AC is not in use for the last two years.I have suffered at the hands of Fujitsu General India as they don’t have proper customer grievances handling process.Its Customer Care Centre is not professional in dealing with customer complaints.They don’t have particulars of Customer Grievance Redressal Officers on its website and they don’t provide their contact addresses even after making several written complaints.
