My Daughter bought FUN FLIPS (Masala) from neighborhood shop. There was some foreign substance(Cotton or Thread sort of thing). Called customer care on the number on the pack, The guy was not equipped for taking any kind of calls. He further told me to call his salesman, which i refused. i told him to arrange the call. got a call from dealer then salesman & at last a sales person came to took the defected product without any written documentation.Called superior bosses on mobile, they told to leave the product & said on the phone'' Hum dekh lenge" Koi baat nahi. astonished with the unprofessional attitude of the company guys.Nothing has been done inspite of complaint for more than a week.

I am a shopkeeper, by your distributor, we have got a lot of fun flip, which is why today a customer has got a cockroach in it, which was very wrong and his package was not right, due to which your complaint should be made. By the customer! So if there is anything that can be seen by the customer if he does not take it, then you will take action soon.
