I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing with my transactions through PhonePe to Fun88.

On the date31/5/2024 and 1/6/2024, I made a transaction of ₹500 through PhonePe to Fun88, which was successful according to PhonePe, but the amount was not credited to my Fun88 account. The transaction details are as follows:

Date: 31/5/2024
Amount: ₹500

Date: 1/6/2024
Amount: ₹500
Despite reaching out to Fun88 customer support multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. As a result, I am left with no choice but to seek formal assistance to resolve this issue.
when i seek the help from fun88 there asking the reciver upi id...but after payment phone pay is not providing the reciver upi id ...so am helpless...they mailed me that they successfully deposited my cash on my account but i havnt recived...due to this i tried to deposite 500 through phonepay again but this time i recored the wholw transaction i will upload the evidence here

I request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that the amount is credited to my Fun88 account or refunded to my PhonePe account at the earliest.
