My house needs renovation as its many years old. My family lives out of this country so we are not able to take care of it. Now, we have decided to renovate for the purpose of selling.

I am searching for some good architect who has good reputation in the market and has delivered projects on time. Yes, on time delivery matters for us because we have fix timeline for returning overseas.

I was searching for my requirement and found fraud cases about an architect name nitin kohli and his company furncraft pvt. Limitied.

So, i just want to know about some queries related questions that i should ask before hiring an architect.

Check that your prospective architect is registered with the Council Of Architecture, whose database is publicly accessible. Also, check the list of defaulter available on the website of Council of Architecture.

Make sure that architect or company is registered with council of architecture to avoid cheating and frauds.
